What is the Methodology?
The methodology integrates principles of co-design, systems thinking, and collaborative work, aiming to transform complexity into a competitive advantage.
The process is structured around iterative micro-cycles, each consisting of three main phases:

Divergence (scan) – an exploratory phase to generate ideas, gather diverse perspectives, and broaden the scope of analysis.

Emergence (focus) – a reflective phase where ideas and concepts are synthesized, identifying core themes and connections.

Convergence (act) – a decision-making phase to select the most relevant solutions and define the next steps.
The goal is to provide tailored, innovative recommendations addressing the company's specific challenges.
